Nathan and Natalie loved you and your class very much! I really appreciate that I had the chances for the classes both for me and my kids…… THANK YOU!
"Little Chef" class for me is a sweet and shocking experience! I used to be an elementary school teacher before in Taiwan, so I could definitely say what you did is NOT easy at all. It is so true that if we give kids chances and proper instructions, they will have tremendous potentials to prove to us how much they could do! You proved that to all the parents in the "Little Chef" class! The problem left to us is now how to persist what you have done in our normal daily lives……
I still can't forget the class I attended……It's so good to see you as a real person talking and doing things in front of us! I had so much to say but didn't quite know how to express it that day…… It was such a full feeling that I didn't know how to release.…… Thanks for being so nice when answering my questions. I had been trying so hard to be the perfect mother, yet, not only exhausting myself completely, but also put a lot of pressure on my kids and my husband…… I shall keep your words in mind (there are too many to be quoted here)……
Just doing the unpacking now… and Natalie said… "Wow, look at our home and Bubu's restaurant… We should do something as soon as possible"……Now I have a little Bubu at home to remind me…….

很難想象您作為一個非教育從業人員，卻能如此專業與熱誠地帶領每一個孩子，激發他內心對一份工作學習的成就感和肯定。
雖然我的孩子沒參與，但我想對於每一個父母而言都是難以言喻的高興，至少我看到在場的父母都有如此的心情。
今天我觀察、發現孩子們在整個準備與服務的應對上是如此投入，這份投入就是最好的學習！
