本文利用知情權理論、危機治理理論以及公共治理理論對我國政府在突發事件應對過程中的信息公開問題進行了分析，總結出了其中存在的問題，主要集中在政府信息公開速度慢、公開內容不實以及信息公開有始無終等幾個方麵，針對這些存在的問題本文也進行了針對性的分析，並且進行了原因總結，根據找出的原因也歸納出了處理方式及規避措施即政府要進行相應管理機製的建製以及問責體製的完善，同時政府要勇於承擔責任，善於利用媒體及時進行信息公開。本文想通過這些問題的分析與總結，為我國政府在應對突發事件進行信息公開的過程中提供一些建議，改善我國信息公開不暢的局麵，爭取在今後應對突發事件的過程中取得滿意的效果。
Talk about our Country to Deal with the Problem of Emergency Information to Public and Improvement Measures

Abstract：The present era is an era which often happens to frequent emergency.With the development of the media technology，it has become an inevitable topic that the government should satisfy the audience's right to know and publish the information timely and comprehensively when the emergency happened.Facing the emergency，the government holds the most authoritative and the most accurate information，if the government publish emergency information quickly and accurately，it will be benefit for itself to grasp the direction of the emergency and stable mood of the masses.In the contrary，blocking the release of information will cause the panic and lead to the direction of the adverse.In the process that our government deals with the emergency，although the extent and the speed of the information public have great progress，there is a problem about the content and satisfication.Aiming at these problems，the paper will analysis and verify them，find out the reason，and put forward the corresponding suggestion.It hopes to improve the system of information openness to the emergency.
