按照其跋尾所說,八思巴帝師造《略勝住法儀》這部儀軌乃按“法主薩思迦如何所作”寫成的。查《薩思迦班智達全集》,其中並沒有單獨的“勝住法儀”,然而在他的名著《分辨三律儀》(sDom pa gsum gyi rab tu dbye ba)中,我們讀到了以下關於“勝住法儀”的一個有趣的段落:
